The Markant in Offenburg has developed a new store lay-out and communication concept together with Jos de Vries The Retail Company and the franchisees of Markant.
The aim was to develop an innovative and modern concept, focusing on the emotional and personal contact between the company and the client, being able to adapt to the local customer demands. New focus points were the company-identity-elements and company colours, having created a totally new dimension of welfare-atmosphere.
